Hi,

I haven't usually had an issue with bills and the lack of info on the EE app however this month its become an issue.

My phone is unlimited everything with a £0 spend cap (cant physically go over) yet my bill this month is £518.60.

I would probably be less irritated by it (still very much so but less) if the bill actually told me what the extra £434 was for. Just says "MAIN £434" in the extra charges section of the bill. Im calling EE after work today but I'm just annoyed at how little information they actually provide to what you are paying for.

Click "View Bill", then "See your full mobile bill".

If you scroll down you can then "Download your bill". Pick the most recent invoice and it will show the full breakdown, including the actual charge you have.

If you have a £0 spend cap, that means they will not cap your spend so your bill can go up to any amount - if you are spending too much then you need to put a cap on it of say £60 (or whatever your monthly charge is) then you won't be able to go over it.
