All Rounder Apple Watch Promotion Doesn't Work

I upgraded to All Rounder on November and discovered I can get 100% discount on my Apple Watch contract.

I called EE and sign the documents but nothing happened in November. I called EE today and spend 1.5 hours. Once My line dropped after 45 mins. Another time, someone was telling me I can use my Apple Watch through my phone (so why do you sell 4G plan for Apple Watch). Last time, call centre told me I can't have my 100% discount on my Apple Watch. I should have done it when I upgraded to All Rounder.

After 7 years in EE, I will leave. All your promotions are impossible to add it. I have been on the phone for any promotion and this time, EE left the worst impression on me.

My question to EE, why do you do this? What is the benefit of telling a promotion and not to apply it? Your call centre and stores have limited information on your promotions most of the time. And I feel like, I am making things up.

I am really tired with EE 😞

@Panda5432 You can have unlimited watch data if on the correct phone tariff. You set it up via the watch app and it'll go through as if you are paying £7 per month but you’ll not be charged this £7 per month as the phone tariff covers this.

You also have to have a watch that is purchased outright or the contract for that watch it up. You’ll still be charged the full watch contract price if it’s still within its contract term. You’ll not get an out of paying for the watch if that’s what you think. You’ll only get unlimited data because of having a phone tariff that includes watch data so you don’t pay the £7 per month for just the watch tariff. if you’re still paying for the watch, then you’re still going to be paying for the watch.

@Panda5432 if you’re on the correct tariff for your phone and you’ve got a cellular Apple Watch then you open up the Apple Watch app and you set up a tariff for £7 per month, you will not be billed this because your phone tariff allows you to have the watch with unlimited data.

Store tried everything and didn’t work. As I have the contract before the all rounder. I will cancel the Apple Watch contract and re apply.

EE Store Canary Wharf is amazing. Their knowledge is great.
