Hi i would like to know the easiest way to cancel my mobile phone account be nice to do it without phone call as I suffer from sver anxiety attacks I'm a pensioner and just cant afford it anymore any help

@fairways1 If you are not going to change to a different network provider then unfortunately you’ll need to call. If you’re still within your minimum contract term you’ll be required to pay off the remaining contract term. You do get a 4% discount on the remaining contract term fee.

@Malta2020 If it’s a contract you’ll need t call customer support and give 30 days notice of termination. To call customer support it’s 150 from the device.

If it’s a PAYG just stop the DD and don’t use the sim as it’ll go in to hibernation after three months of no use and eventually it’ll be deactivated fully.
