      <title>Anytime Upgrade Error or new tariff?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;In the tariff refresh last year EE did away with the Anytime Upgrade, this again was highlighted when iPhone pre-orders went live and people were told they would not be able to swap their handset in 12 months time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has this made a comeback or is it an error on the EE website? For the S25 Ultra the main page says Anytime Upgrade (see image below)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-left" image-alt="Screenshot 2025-01-22 at 10.09.46 PM.png" style="width: 372px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/36549i1E3E45A8C014658E/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="Screenshot 2025-01-22 at 10.09.46 PM.png" alt="Screenshot 2025-01-22 at 10.09.46 PM.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But when you click into the tariff details there's no mention of it (see below)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Screenshot 2025-01-22 at 10.15.02 PM.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/36550i46338D5A3A433B2D/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="Screenshot 2025-01-22 at 10.15.02 PM.png" alt="Screenshot 2025-01-22 at 10.15.02 PM.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Looking at the T&amp;amp;Cs which were refreshed on January 15th it says:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Upgrade Anytime&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Available to customers on Essentials Plus, All Rounder and Full Works plans who have taken out or upgraded&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;EM&gt;to a new Pay Monthly contract with airtime on an eligible mobile phone directly from EE. You can participate in&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Upgrade Anytime after day 15 of your plan if your EE account is up to date with all payments. You’ll have to&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;EM&gt;pass a credit check and the data allowance on your new plan must be the same or higher than the data allowance&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;EM&gt;on your current plan. &lt;STRONG&gt;You may have to pay an early upgrade fee and or an upfront cost for your new handset&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;and we’ll tell you this before you upgrade.&lt;/STRONG&gt; If you take part in Upgrade Anytime you may choose to trade in your&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;EM&gt;current device. It must be returned in full working order, be able to power up, and have any security features&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;EM&gt;such as Find My iPhone disabled, otherwise a damage fee may apply, see ee.co.uk/upgradeanytime for&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;EM&gt;charges. Your device cannot be returned so ensure all contacts and data have been backed up before sending&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;EM&gt;it to us.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So is it back or not?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I can confirm Upgrade Anytime is back.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Upgrade Anytime is available to eligible customers on a 24-month Essentials Plus, All Rounder or Full Works handset plan. Upgrade Anytime is not available on a No Frills, Essentials, or any of our Flex Pay plans.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To check if you are eligible please text UP to 150.&lt;/P&gt;
