Your phone contract is a 36month fixed term agreement which stops after month 36. Your airtime plan is a rolling contract with a minimum term of 24months, but only stops when you explicitly make a change.

That change could be a change of plan, an upgrade or a 30day disconnection request.

My phone contract is 36 month, which will expire February 2026. But the airplan plan is 24 month and will expire next month.

however I do not want to take out another airtime plan for the remaining 1 year, I will still be paying the device contract but no airplan, so what will happen on that expiry date?

Will the data be rolling monthly, How can I cancel this?

@byram at the minimum term of the airtime tariff it will change to a 30 day rolling contract. Until you give notice to terminate with 30 days notice. if you want to change over to a PAYG you also need to request that when you call customer support to give the 30 days notice.

Customer support is 150 from your EE device.
