Hi @bdquarshie You can download a copy of your bill from your My EE app or online account.

To download your bill just:

Open the EE App.
Go to Manage Bills & Payments.
select Download your bill.
choose which bill you want to download and print or save it.

Hi @bdquarshie

If you need a copy of the bill posted to you, you would need to give our customer service guides a call and they will arrange for one to be sent in the post. There is a charge of £2.56 for this to be sent.

You can download the same bill using the steps that @Chris_S mentioned above, and then print it to get it free of charge and without having to wait for it to arrive in the post.
