How to turn off Charge To Mobile Bill

Hi. I want to turn off this service but cannot find out how to do it. The solution to text BAR to 150 does not work as all it does is generate a list of things you can text to get information and there is no mention of Charge To Mobile Bill. Can anyone help please?

Are you on PAYG? Getting a list of things you can text to get information when it doesn't recognise your text code is indicative of PAYG. On PAYG you cannot bar Charge To Mobile Bill by text but would need to call CS to do so.
