@Externo9 You can do this via your online EE account (not the EE app) but you are billed every 30 days so it can fluctuate.

You can change your payment date under Bills & Payments > Manage Direct Debit.

You are billed on the same day of the month each month.

Are both payments for the same amount and on the same date?

Were they both taken by direct debit, or both by card, or was there one direct debit and one card?
