    <description>&lt;P&gt;I certainly didn’t want it to get to this point however, I’ve been having a back and forth with EE regarding a refund of £100 that I should have received since Jan 3, and each customer service agent that’s I’ve spoken to have either assured me I’ll get the refund in 3 business days (never did) or, like the last one, said that the money was paid out to my bank already and I should check it..&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I contacted the bank and they stated that no refund was received and I should now contact EE again…&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is quite annoying considering I just got unlimited data and bought the 16 pro from these guys, I expected more effective and efficient assistance. &amp;nbsp;I will be contacting again, and I’ll def need to speak to a manager.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I am very sorry you've not received the refund and have had to contact us multiple times.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I would suggest getting back in touch and if needed the guide can get this escalated for you and open a complaint to get the refund issued back to you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
