&lt;P&gt;If you made any manual payments in between bill date &amp;amp; payment date, those won't stop the automatic payment being taken and will be stored as credit against your next bill.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have paid my monthly phone bill but EE took triple the required amount from my account and has not refunded me what they owe me, even though they said they will.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
