      <description>&lt;P&gt;I did a top up payment to my number thinking I will need the money to activate the roaming, but being on a contract number the roaming cost will be on the bill.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My question is what will happen to the money I did top up?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
