I have just received a 20% discount code to reduce monthly bills but I can't seem to find how to apply it online?

@NornIron85 Discounts have to be applied upon ordering or within 30 days of taking out the contract by calling customer support to have the discount applied, after this time discount codes can not be applied.

Discount codes may be applied at PoS when buying a new contract or upgrading or if it wasn't by calling CS within 30 days of purchase. They cannot be applied mid-term.

Hi @NornIron85,

Discounts can only be applied on price plans which are not already discounted/price plans which are not time-limited offers.

What plan are you trying to apply your discount to?
