      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How to Cancel Broadband? When I work my way through the key pad options top cancel, I get right o the end to a message which states something like 'we regret this service is temporarily unavailable?'&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've looked at multiple options and tried multiple numbers and I just hit brick walls with the inability to speak to someone. I attempted this before Xmas and again today and I am taking unnecessary and unfair costs as a consequence.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;John&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;To cancel your EE BB &amp;amp; Home Phone either:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;If you no longer want any BB at your location, you phone EE on the Freephone no. (Opt 2) in my sig. and give 14 days notice OR&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;If you want to migrate your BB to another ISP other than VM &amp;amp; if you're not changing to or from FTTP, you apply to them directly &amp;amp; they'll take care of everything bar your final EE bill.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
