      <description>&lt;P&gt;One of my phones is in the last 30 days of &amp;nbsp;2 year contract. My online account doesn’t show any upgrade options, all other devices does?. So I phoned 150 who sent me a link to upgrades and started an online chat, I was asked about broadband etc and said it’s just phone upgrade I’m interested at present time. I was then questioned as to why I said this and in my opinion felt harassed by constant questioning!. I have 3 contracts finishing early this year and after the questioning, I will be very hesitant to renew any of them now. What ever happened to speaking to a person over the phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I did say I wasn’t interested several times in the conversation , only to be questioned several times as why not. There’s a difference between doing their job and trying not to take no for an answer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
