You will see options for "Fixed Data" or "Unlimited Data" and this will show the various price points and features available.

Fixed Data will give you the plans with a set allowance of data such as the plan you're on currently, however the offers and features are very much moving towards the Unlimited side of things and in some cases can be better value than a Fixed Data plan because of the stuff included.

Hi.

Please can someone explain how the new plans work? I'm looking to upgrade, but can't decide on what plan I will need! They are all confusing!

It doesn't actually tell you minutes and data included etc. At the minute I have 125g data, unlimited minutes and messages, I pay £47 monthly so need something similar if possible.

Thanks

What "new plans" are you referring to?

If it's the FlexPay structure, the difference is that the finance agreement for your phone is legally separate from your airtime agreement for usage. Meaning you have a 24/36month fixed-term contract for finance, and a 24month minimum-term for your airtime. Each have their own monthly payments.

This differs from the traditional plans which have one single monthly payment covering everything - on a minimum-term basis.

Voice minutes & text messages are generally unlimited now on all-but the most basic price-points.
