Do you get an error message when trying to view your bills?

Do you have a mobile or home broadband account?

Also, are you using the EE app or EE account online to view and download the bills?

i don't use the EE app but EE account online

Fortunately I have clicked on goodness knows where and have actually managed to down load invoice

which i have printed

Just need to remember next month that the layout online has changed making things more difficult to access

Welcome to the EE Community

We have no access to your account via this forum so are unable to send out your bill, one of our guides available by calling 150 should be able to help send out a copy if needed.

Have you tried downloading your invoice both via the website and the EE app? This page has the instructions for both app and website to try if you have not already tried both Viewing Your Monthly EE Bill | Billing Help | EE

Are you seeing any errors when trying to download an invoice?

Hope you're well. I want to print my I invoice bill subscription related to my mobile phone and I do not know how to proceed. I have. selected 'payments/bills' but it doesn't show any button when I want to click on it there download it as PDF.

@Sanangome98 If you are using the app, once you go to Manage>Billing> See full mobile bill, scroll to the bottom of this page and there is a Download this bill as a PDF option with a yellow download icon to download the PDF. You can change which bill you have selected by pressing the bill date at the top of the page if you need to download older bills.

If you are using the website it is pretty much the same, select Manage> Billing and payments> See full mobile bill and then scroll down about halfway on this page and just above the Your account section is a Download bill link. Again you can change which bill you are viewing via the bill date at the top of the page.

Hopefully this helps with downloading your bills in a PDF format.

Hi Alex,

I'm afraid I've selected Manage> Billing and payments> but I do not see mobile bill and so on, BTW, I don't use Mac but Microsoft perhaps yours is different than mine. Same the the App, I use Android and not IPhone.

@Sanangome98 What are you seeing when you go into Manage> Billing within the app?

It should show the amount of your latest bill in a box, do you see this?

At the bottom of this box in yellow is a See your full mobile bill link, pressing that is what takes you to the page where you can download the PDF.

Hi @Sanangome98

Once you're in the 'Manage' section you should see 'Billing' as well, and this will bring up your latest bill and the options to download it as a PDF.
