I was paying £15.99 per month for sim only - now its increased to £32.00 without notice

whats going on?????

I know it would be a shock to see the bill go up so much.

When did you take out the current SIM Only plan?

If you look at the previous bills in the EE app or on the EE website, does it show a discount at all?

There have been some 50% sales recently, where the price is discounted for 6 months, then goes back to full price, but as @Michael_D says, check your old bills.
