      <description>&lt;P&gt;Similar issue, funnily enough exact same date... I've now been cut off... I cannot access the help from app nor can I call 150 to discuss.... but I can access every other part of the app and online strange? Why is help and measage us not available and why can I not see my previous messages discussed with an agent about my situation.. seems very fishy&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

For this &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/bills-payments/mobile/fast-payment" target="_blank"&gt;payment link&lt;/A&gt;, you don't need to be signed into your online account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Have you tried these options yet?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
