      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp; just checked I have been billed twice for my EE device and now EE want me to pay my phone bill too.. The app isnt working, the website barely, have requested a call back, and also I cant find a way to claim the free galaxy ear buds.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone any suggestions?&amp;nbsp; I dont usually have any problems, hence my 2nd post since 2019.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;HNY everyone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
