Trade in discount

Hi,

I have a question regarding the current deal with google pixel 9pro and the trade in discount, if i trade in my iPhone 11 Pro it says I get a discount of £18 per month for the length of the 24 month contract, is this a deal that is currently on, I have tried to contact via message and after waiting 6hours for a reply I gave up, so is it current deal where you trade in a certain eligible device I don’t want to go for it to find out I don’t get the discount thanks in advance

@Scooter87 If that is what you are being offered to trade in that device then yes that is what you get.

If you do take up the trade in offer do not forget to sign that device out of your iCloud account, If you don’t do that then the discount will not be applied and you’ll not get the iPhone back.

and factory reset it to remove your personal information from it.
