      <description>&lt;P&gt;You don't pay for receiving calls. So who's dialling them from your phone? You should be careful who you lend your phone to. I'm not sure EE are able to block outgoing calls for you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ive looked into this. 0845 nos were stopped in 2014 due to costs and are receiving only. Still not sure where my call charges came from&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Spoke to a very nice person at EE. Think I understand how it works now. EE canot block 0845 nos u less you put a zero cap on extra charges. As these will restrict sms photos being sent I’ve put a minimal cap value in place. Will see how this pans out.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
