Hi @stefany19 I'm sorry to hear that you're paying more than you want to.

Do you have any time left to run on the contract?

Even if you have time left to go on your line, we could still look at ways to save you some money, so It's worth giving our billing team a call by calling 150 from an EE phone, or 07953 966 150 from any other phone.
