    <description>&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Dear EE Customer Service Team,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the poor service I have experienced in relation to my lost phone report.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;On December 4, I reported my phone as lost. At that time, I was informed that my application was under review and that it would take up to 72 hours to receive a response. However, it has now been 2weeks, and I have yet to receive any update or resolution from your team.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;I contacted customer care multiple times during this period, but the responses I received were unsatisfactory. Each time, I was told that someone would call me back, but no follow-up occurred. As this is my only phone, this delay has caused significant inconvenience and disruption to my daily activities.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;This experience has been extremely frustrating and has fallen far below the standard of service I expected from EE. I urge you to prioritize my case and provide me with a prompt resolution.
