      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4684414"&gt;@Jptmm&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;It’s very clear. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Online you have to go through the process of this and if it’s via phone you are told exactly what’s happening and you even screen share. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Just accepting everything and not reading anything isn’t EEs fault. &amp;nbsp;Via a store sale it’s right in front of you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
