According to my contract, the Xbox service ended on November 21, 2024. I paid the full invoice of £81, which covered all charges. However, despite the contract ending, I have received another invoice that includes a charge for the Xbox service for December.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would like to request the following:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Confirmation that my Xbox service contract ended on November 21, 2024.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;An explanation of why I have received an invoice for the next month despite no longer being obligated to pay for the Xbox service.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;A correction of the invoice and a refund of any overpayment, if it was mistakenly charged.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;I kindly ask for your prompt assistance in resolving this matter to avoid further confusion and payment delays.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you in advance for your help, and I look forward to your response.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
