Yes I have found why it was extra charge thank you , do I have to have itemised billing ?

If you don't need to have all calls itemised, you can request to turn that off by calling our billing guides @Lera1502

You'd still see itemisation for any chargeable calls and texts, if you have any, but the inclusive ones wouldn't show.
