    <description>&lt;P&gt;So I decided to change to sim only contract to save some money when I was due for an upgrade in September this year.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i was originally paying £80 for my phone contact and then I was offered a sim only deal at £14 a month which I took out and signed all my legal documents. I had received emails saying my new contract would start on the 16th of September.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ive noticed for the last 3 months that EE have been taking out my old contract money out each month?!&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have contacted that via live chat and they’ve advised that that sim only deal “didnt go through and it was a system error” but yet I have confirmation email saying the order number and plan I would be on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;where do I stand as they have been taking way more money out of my bank account than I signed up for?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
