Hi,

I'm due an upgrade and want to talk with an ee worker but the live chat bar isn't popping up as an option. Can someone from ee start a chat and assist with me please?

@reecemilner1 no one has account access on here. Why not give Customer Services a call, they will be able to help you.

I had the same problem , my solution was resolved by using the EE app to access chat
