Tarrif changed without my knowledge and cost increased, phoned 3 times still coming up wrong on web site, what next?

One of possibly four from the top of my head without you giving more information.

Your minimum contract term has expires and so has any discounts.
Your temporary discount has expired.
You have incurred additional charges/subscription (will be itemised on your bill)
You're on a now discontinued tariff and were moved by EE.

There is no account access on these forums and you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 for exactly the reason.
