      <title>EE not understanding consumer law</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Has anyone else had an issue with EE not understanding the UK Law on the sale of goods and being fit for purpose. This includes any inherent faults that require a replacement of product. &amp;nbsp;I have been speaking to an adviser who kept promising to get a manager to resolve my problem only to the said they were not dealing with this anymore and a manager would be in touch! No contact for weeks now despite me email EE.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
