    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from EE while trying to upgrade my phone. I have called eight times, and each time, I was told their system wasn’t working and that I would receive a callback. Despite these assurances, no one has followed up. As a loyal customer for years, I find this unacceptable and am now considering leaving EE due to this ongoing issue. And calling again just seems pointless given my past experience.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone else had the same problem?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;When was it that you last spoke with us about this, and did they give any reason in particular as to why this wasn't going through?&lt;/P&gt;
