      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Upgraded to a new sim today and have never paid by Direct debit previously with EE and have just paid via my debit/credit card when it is due.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;But on upgrading today there was no payment option other than DD. How do I do this please? I dont want to phone 150 as its a nightmare trying to get anywhere with Customer services. Can I just go to my bank and cancel the DD then just pay as I always have?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
