Is a very early upgrade possible?

I only upgraded a couple of months ago. The phone I got (Motorola) is really poor. Is there any way to upgrade/change my phone this early? I would be happy to pay off the device to get rid of it!

What kind of plan did you take it on?

Was it a 24 month plan with one combined cost, or a Flex Pay plan where you pay two separate payments for the device and airtime?

This will determine how much it may cost to upgrade.

It is 24 month with two separate payments.

You should be able to pay off the balance on the phone and upgrade to a new phone if you get in touch with EE, you would have to maintain the same or take a higher airtime cost as it is an early upgrade but it should be possible.

Absolutely give them a call and they'll be able to give you your options.

It happens like that sometimes.

I remember switching to an early Samsung from an iPhone and couldn't manage with it at all a couple of years ago, now fast forward to today and I'm back on a Samsung and happier than ever!
