How do I find out what my extra charges are? I have over £100 in extra charges and i suffer with memory loss so I've no idea what they are and i need to see exactly what these charges are paying for

Look at the breakdown of your bill to see what you've been charged for.

If you need some extra help in finding out what the charges were for, our Mobile Care team will be able to check the bill for you.

Children In Need was quite recent though, is it possible you've donated (I donated and completely forgot that I'd done it).

I did this and they is no breakdown, just £152 of extra charges!!!

I recommend getting in touch with our Mobile Care team on 150. They'll be able to check the items on the bill and match them with the service that has been added to the bill.
