    <description>&lt;P&gt;Can someone help me, I can't get in touch via the phone, via the chat I never connect with anyone no matter how long I wait, they must know I want to cancel and refuse to connect me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My 2 years with EE are coming to an end and for the extortionate price they are asking I moved to Giffgaff, but still need to give notice, which I can't because no one is replying.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I wish to leave ee at no extra cost as your service is not safe. I need a far&lt;BR /&gt;more reliable service as I have a daughter with special needs. My wife, I and&lt;BR /&gt;my daughter do not have reliable service. I am contacting you this was as I do not even have a signal. I have loved a complaint&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;This is certainly never how we'd want you to feel about your service, and I totally understand your concerns if you'e using this as an important lifeline.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We don't have account access via these forums to check up on your complaint, but have you had a chance yet to check the area using our &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker" target="_blank"&gt;network status checker&lt;/A&gt;?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This should give you an overview of the general coverage in the area, along with details of any known outages in the area.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;One thing to be aware of as well is our &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile/manage-use/using-phone-features/use-wifi-calling" target="_blank"&gt;WiFi calling service&lt;/A&gt;, as this is a really handy way of keeping connected as normal when there's no cellular service available.&lt;/P&gt;
