topic Robbing my money in Contracts & Billing

I was on a payment plan because I was struggling and I called them on September which was when my contract finished. I was told I will go back to my contract on October and then middle of October came which will I was on my payment plan. Then they said November and I’m still paying for the contract which finished on September. I checked yesterday (18/11/2024) for how much it’s going to be a month and it said £33 and now I just checked and it shows back when I got the contract.

They love making money, that’s all they care about. As long as they impress the manager then the staff are happy.

I can’t get the money that I’ve been charged over, on top of that the grocery shopping is already high.

I wouldn’t give it one star, I’d give it no star. I’ve never had this problem before with EE. If I want to upgrade I’ll need to wait 30 days.
