    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you sent me invoice for £658.99 as current invoice.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I am still with you. After 24 months contract you stopped my account. I called you and I was told I don’t have any contract hence my phone is not working. Then you offered me a new contract. Why is this hefty bill? I don’t understand. Pl make sure you don’t take this money from my account. I you taok then refund back. I am back in uk on 14 Nov 24. Please call me and discuss.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If the bill has been adjusted after the bill was already produced and showing online, this would not update to show any changes to the bill.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have been credited this will show as a credit on the next bill.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;We don't have access to customer accounts here in the Community, so I'd recommend giving our billing team a call on 150 from an EE phone, then select options 1, 2 then 1 again, or 07953 966 150 from any other phone.&lt;/P&gt;
