Unable to download invoice

Hi there,

For a while now I have been unable to access the invoices for my phone. This is a company phone and I am expect to download the invoices monthly.

Is it possible to fix this? Is there an option to get EE to send paper invoices instead?

I've been having this issue for months on end. turns out you can download them on the app quickly and easily. shame nobody thought to tell me that the last 5 times i've had to ask!
