&lt;P&gt;This looks to be a credit towards your bill because it is showing '-', which usually happens when you upgrade against the cost of the device. If this is the case you will not be charged this total.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please give us a call so our billing team can confirm this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just received my iPhone 16 Pro Max today after upgrading from iPhone 13 Pro Max (both through EE)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I went into the app and noticed the next bill (photo attached)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this the flex pay agreement for the device itself?
