That only offers an option to change the date, not the account

You can change your DirectDebit bank details if you log into your online account at Manage Your Direct Debit | EE through a computer.

Have you tried logging in to your account via the page above that @Ali_A shared?

Once logged in via myaccount.ee.co.uk, just select Bills & Payments > Manage Direct Debit, and all the details you need should be in here.
