      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I recently paid an overdue phone bill. It said I owed £32.25. After clicking on it, it said I owed £64.50. Once i clicked on and paid it, it said i still owed £64.50. After viewing my direct debit history, it has been paid for every month except this month which the total should have only been £49.74. I’m not sure why I was charged another £32.25 and it still is saying i owe another £64.50 all in all &amp;nbsp;they are asking for £140 when i only owed £49.74 and i have ended up paying £82 . What shall i do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
