When did EE decide that +1519 (Ontario) became part of the US for billing information purposes? Does not affect billings at the moment but could do in the future.

Where is it you're seeing this charge listed as to the USA, and are you making this call from within the UK, or whilst roaming in Canada?

I am fairly certain it started last month; looking at the call list for the September billing there is no entry under the place column for any international calls; in the listing for calls post Oct 9th - billing date - it is showing for both calls made from the UK and also from Canada when I was roaming during the month.
