    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recently cancelled one of my phone contracts early with EE. The contract was linked to a Flex Plan agreement. Unfortunately, the operator never mentioned that if you cancel the mobile contract, the Flex plan will also need paying.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've paid my remaining contract off this month&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The amount owed on my Flex plan was around £950. Now when I've logged in the amount says £950 but when click on pay now the amount shows £1950 owed. Does anyone know why this would have increased?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm presuming this is incorrect as the device was around £1500 and I've already paid off around £500.&amp;nbsp; Surely the amount can not increase by £1000, even with a termination fee.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;SPAN style="background: var(--ck-color-mention-background); color: var(--ck-color-mention-text);"&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1044017"&gt;@Sjh941&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; I can imagine that it must have been quite a shock for you when you seen the extra charge that you weren't expecting.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'd love to get this looked into for you to see what's happened, so I'd recommend speaking to one of our billing guides.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can speak to a billing guide by dialling 150 from an EE phone, or 07953 966 150 from any other phone.&lt;/P&gt;
