&lt;P&gt;You can request it back by calling customer support. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am a new EE customer with a SIM-only plan. When I received my first bill, instead of £21, I had to pay £71—it says We&amp;nbsp;brought forward £50.00. I am a new customer and have never been an EE customer before. Could you explain to me why I have been charged?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
