      <title>Mobile Bill not on my Account</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have broadband and 2 mobile lines.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Recently, I'm not sure when, but I am no longer able to see my mobile phone bills on the app or via the website. Only my broadband bills show.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I used to have 2 accounts, but was contacted by support last year to combine them. Which was great, but now it seems that I cannot access the account for the mobile phone lines.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;It sounds like the account isn't linked up at the moment.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you are logged in through the EE app or on the website and go to the bottom of the page, are you able to link a product to add your mobile plans?&lt;/P&gt;
