Merging BT TV Account and EE Account

Hi there,

I have had an EE account for as long as I can remember. I have also been a BT TV (now EE TV) customer since 2020. I have broadband and TV packages with a 4K UHD BT box.

Is it possible to merge these under one account given EE took over BT TV?

Welcome to the Community!

If you are now with EE for both your mobile and broadband we can set up your online account so both show, and these can be linked, however, these will stay as seperate payments.

Give us a call, and we will be able to take a look int getting this set up.
