Any late payments will result in an additional charge as per the contract agreement, not knowing when you receive the bill doesn’t help anyone try to help you from this forum. If you are getting late payment fees Im going to guess you are not paying on time or you are paying a month behind not for the month ahead.

Paying extra

Just got my bill and paid it, yet i'm being charged an extra £7.50. Called 150 to sort it out, and the morons are having a holiday. However, the chatty-phone thingy told me I have until November 2 before i'm charged this £7.50

Is this kind of **bleep** the usual way EE do things when you don't have direct debit ?

More to the point, why the **bleep** do they keep overcharging me ? Pretty stupid given i'm fit to leave them for scamming me out of hundreds the other year, and it took them 2 weeks to sort out the broadband installation but only refunded me 1 week.

And whats this crap about gender pay gap and modern slavery ? I just want a **bleep**ing phone that works, and internet that works.

Is virtue signalling more important than providing a reliable and honest service now ?

This was a standard internet bill where I was charged extra for not paying before November 2nd, which I paid today - as soon as I got the bill. Yet i'm meant to pay the late fee which I did not, obviously, incur.

There is no way to get in touch with anyone.

What is wrong with people ? Feelings are more important than being blatently scammed ? Stupid world. This crap is a LOOOOONG line of **bleep**ups and messes by EE that have cost me hundreds - so yeah, I may as well switch as there is NOBODY available to sort this out until Monday - because they're all off on sensitivity training or some pointless nonsense like that.

Hi @Malice

I know it's not very nice to receive a bill that's higher than you expected it to be.

If you call us directly, our team can discuss any extra charges on your bill. They can also review your payment dates and make sure they suit you moving forward.
