Good morning @Joshpub, welcome to the EE Community!

If you're being sold an additional SIM alongside your contract, we would always expect it to be communicated clearly that this is separate.

If you have any concerns at all about a previous sale, we would recommend reaching out to our customer care team so they can take a closer look into your experience.

When it comes to unlimited data, this is an option we offer on all phones and SIMs, regardless of if it's an upgrade, new connection or additional line.

We do still have a limited range of fixed data options too though.
Peter

Has anyone else been sold a second SIM card in the last year by an agent and they make it seem as it is part of your bundle but then you get charged 7.55 a month for it? And to cancel is at a charge maybe I am the only one this happened to. It feels like a scam and now EE is promoting unlimited data on all new plans @link
