    <description>Hey Dinosaur,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Yes, the direct debit is in place. However additional charges were created&lt;BR /&gt;by a child paying for game packs...&lt;BR /&gt;When I made the payment, the automated voice said services would be resumed&lt;BR /&gt;within the hour. This didn't happen so I spoke to customer services&lt;BR /&gt;this morning and it is now resolved.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello &lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4584850"&gt;@Jon172&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you've recently paid an overdue bill then it can take 24 to 48 hours for your services to restore.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you got a Direct Debit in place to make sure they are paid on time and to stop having your services being suspended?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
