and in December I complete a year of contract and I would like to change my tariff or switch to another operator, but I was given a message that I will have to pay 500 pounds if I change. where did this amount come from, why do I have to pay this money? because your internet is very bad and it doesn't catch the phone network everywhere?

@dumitru87voznea : If you are 1 year into a 2 year contract, by cancelling now you would be leaving before your commitment period & so would incur early termination fees for the rest of the term. It will basically be months left x monthly charge - 4%. You can text INFO to 85075 to find out the exact figure as of now.

Is your contract a mobile phone contract?

There is no handset contracts for 12 months, the £500 charge is likely to be an early termination fee for exiting your contract early.

Do both payments with your bank show from EE?
